I now have a beautiful front porch built with composite decking and a nice iron railing that will last for years and years. In addition, while they were here they replaced a door, installed a new screen door, and built some new steps off of my back deck. Everything looks wonderful. If you want someone who knows what he's talking about and is upfront and honest, then you can't go wrong with Ray and his guys! "Met with Ray about our kitchen remodel and we came up with a game plan. We wanted our kitchen island cut down to make it all one level, cabinet raised above the stove, new microwave installed, new quartz countertops and new tile backsplash installed. It turned out exactly like we envisioned, lighter and brighter with more workspace. The crew was awesome, very professional, and did an outstanding job. Per Ray's advice, we used his fabricator for the Quartz and so glad we did. Neil did an amazing job on the countertops and we were only without our kitchen (sink) for one week. Great teamwork from everyone involved. My husband and I are so extremely happy with how it turned out that they will be coming back to build us stairs off our deck next. "Ray Harty Construction just completed a high-end residential master bathroom redesign and remodel for our family. The pictures below are the day of project completion before we added our decorations. We could not be more pleased with our entire experience with Ray and his crew! This project involved early design consulting, complete demolition down to the studs, and a total rebuild. Ray's company was hired to complete nearly every aspect of the job including demolition, framing, restoration, flooring, tile work, pluming, electrical, and all finishings. His team worked perfectly with one additional vendor we used. Ray communicated with us consistently and professionally from day one with daily on-site visits. His team was an absolute pleasure to work with for months and flawlessly reliable. Ray provided consulting suggestions throughout the project many of which we happily followed. After accepting Ray's bid, we found no unpleasant or unexpected financial surprises. Ray's team communicated with us real time any issues they encountered, empowering us with the decision whether or not to approve a change order. And that usually came with sound advice on many different options. There were very few change orders throughout the project. Ray billed on a percentage of completion basis without incident. Our family has multiple children and pets, often creating unpredictable schedules. Ray's team always worked within this "chaotic" environment, and we often implicitly trusted them to work in our home unsupervised when needed. After this experience, Ray Harty Construction has become our go to for all future contracting needs. We look forward to the results of our next project with Ray and his team."
